As much as I write,
I can never touch the glory of the Creator,
I cannot write even a single letter.
The power lies in the word,
Once the word is understood,
It is heard in all directions,
It becomes the Friend of your heart.
I have tried to write about This One,
Who has shown me just a glimpse of Him,
And I am failing to write a single atom to Him,
His Vastness has no bounds and is infinite.
When He is fully realised,
This pen will not be able to lifted,
The beauty of the Formless is indescribable,
Silence fails to even comprehend Him.
My Formless, I surrender to You,
Let the Pen of Realisation re-write my mind,
Let the Pen of Realisation re-write my heart,
Let the Pen of Realisation re-write my soul,
Wherever and however I am approached,
May it only be You – Formless One,
That is experienced by all.
Surrendering I am singing Your praises,
Surrendering I am writing Your praises,
Surrendering I am hearing Your praises,
Surrendering I am walking Your praises,
Surrendering I am forever alive,
Whoever surrenders is never born nor dies.
Anyone who is part of a whatsapp group or a few can know that it not only drains your battery on your phone but it also distracts you from near about anything and everything.
This morning I was writing away and I came to a realisation.
What type of realisation?
I did not want to be part an active participant of whatsapp groups. Some of the groups which have only a few friends in are ones that are exempt from what I will be discussing. I am on about the big groups within large social circles. Being part of a spiritual organisation that is built like a family, we all discuss spiritual ideas, concepts, beliefs and experiences and this has led to a few interesting large whatsapp groups being created. Recently, I have been actively discussing my views, opinions and experiences and although it is enjoyable on the most part, it can be extremely exhausting and questionable at very same time.
It has been on my mind to leave these groups for quite a while and I don’t know if I am the only one. I did reflect on how I felt during the discussions and interactions and I didn’t feel they were enhancing my spirituality, I was spending a lot of time on these groups when I could be more productive with writing and focusing on my inner journey.
The whole point of the groups I understand is to welcome diverse opinions and views and although it does reflect this, I do feel that it has become a matter of who says the last thing wins rather than let’s evaluate what the other person has said and make an informed point of reason. Some people are unfortunately bigoted and think they are ‘holier than thou’ and this can be equally frustrating as you know the real picture behind those words. You know you cannot bring the horse to the river.
This is why I have decided with a few groups that I will be blending into silence during the remainder of this year and will eventually leave. It is time to focus on myself and it is a selfish move but a necessary one. However, I am available on every other platform and can be spoken to on an individual level.
The whole point of this is because I do not want to be part of the noise. I want to be spreading harmony rather than shouting over one another on the whatsapp waves.
I like difference of opinion, I enjoy diversity but it seems to be that nothing gets resolved if we always agree to disagree. There is far more strength in staying quiet and letting people talk to you if they want your views.
This is not surprising for people who know me. They knew this was bound to happen. Exclusivity is very essential in a day and age when everything is at your finger tips. I had raised my concerns on a number of occasions and have been asked to stay. This is the time when I have to make the leaving process easy and it has to be an transition so less effect is felt. Maybe nothing will be felt and nobody cares – which makes this easier for me.
I know this has some negative aspects in terms of the silly ideas will probably go unquestioned but I believe that whoever has the Truth will definitely voice their concerns about it. It is time for me to take a step back and let others come forward. I have a responsibility to myself and to others to keep myself fully aware spiritually and reach the goal I want to.
After Baba ji, my Spiritual Guide, had left His body, I have tried to be as approachable as possible. However, this has come at a great cost to my own mind and journey. I want to remain as approachable but in a different way and I want my views expressed through blogging and instagram posts.
I am not leaving because of anyone or something in particular. This is purely personal and I hope it is understood and embraced. It will be challenging for me too but when you are misunderstood, you have to look at ways you can be understood and this implies things have to change.
I have to change and for now, the sabbatical begins and my return to them remains unknown.
Everyday can feel like a test. Anything you do, you may find peace in it and then suddenly something has to disturb it. Or a situation occurs and you question whether it is to throw you two steps back or brings things forward.
Recently, I have found that I am being tested a lot. You feel that you are about to enter a comfortable few moments of your life and things seem to be working your way and then a blast from the past arrives and it weaves it’s sacred way into your present. You realise that this situation has arisen because there is a lesson to be learned but what is the lesson? What am I suppose to do? What is the best thing to do?
Inner turmoil appears and disappears, appears and disappears and finally you come to a nice sanctuary – your inner Self. Away from the hustle bustle of thought, the unnecessary chat, the falsifying expressions of emotion and feelings and the sanctuary feels like the best place to be…until it chucks you out.
You know that the best thing that happened to you was in the past and now that it makes your way into the present, you are a little confused. I say ‘you’ but I mean ‘I’! Here is my reflection and therefore I continue. You feel that the best thing wants you, it desires you abut there is a problem! The future is knocking and the present moment will not let it in. The future is shouting and expressing so much to lure you into giving up so that the present can feature the future. But neither the past nor future is real but only your present. Now, is your present worthy to keep the past or is it worthy to continue into the future.
Very rarely but it happens, you are chatting to someone whom you care about deeply, you feel high like as if you have taken a drug whenever you speak to this person. And although this person doesn’t admit it, they feel high after speaking to you. It’s amazing, it’s everything you want but whatever makes you high will result either in a crash landing or a safe landing.
The landing is always rough and uncontrollable. The future that looked stable has a new dimension added into it. The past wants a piece of it. And me, the present wants the past. No matter how many times it has let me down, disappointed me, distracted me, disturbed me, I find an incredible urge, desire, need to allow this past take charge of my present.
I am being really cryptic at the moment, using different styles because this is what happens when you become more intune with yourself. Nothing is ever linear. Nothing can occur in successive linear movement, life is full of waves, it travels in waves and it is best to surf on the tide!
People want answers and you can’t give any. Is there an answer? Do I need to give an answer? I don’t know. Do I need answers? Definitely. Maybe it is time to take a step back and see what I want. I need to take some time for myself and allow the limitations of my mind explore the vastness of what is occurring. Let life flow with absolute ease and beauty. Maybe the past can build in the present to create a wonderful future.
His love and blessings,
Hope everyone is well. I have not posted something in a long time so first of all, accept my apologies.
I have been a little busy at the moment, I have been working on my new poetry book which is set to release in late July this year. I am currently in the editing stages and I am enjoying it every moment of it.
This post is a very simple one. I feel at times, life has another plan for us and we force our will on what life should be like. Why do we do this? The simple reason is because we can never be content with reality. So instead of being attentive to reality, we divert our attention and focus on what should have happen and continue to wonder how we can make it happen. The thing is your will can be achieved, what you want can be achieved and the answer lies in reality. Otherwise, you will be living in the past looking to achieve something with little clues and little motivation.
It is not a coincidence that most mystics have talked about living in the present moment. There must be something about it and from experience, I can say that it is has been beneficial for me. It has guided me to new discoveries that I wish I had discovered before. Some of you may remember that I used to do youtube videos and I stopped them a while back and then deleted them. The main reason was that my discoveries had a continuous refining quality and slowly and slowly I am becoming a new man or shall I say a more evolved being. Therefore, when it comes to spiritual matters, it is best to remain silent and then decide to speak.
At times, we think we are doing the right thing and what really is the right thing? All it is, is our limited perception. Our consciousness is limited and therefore cannot even comprehend everything life can offer. We lack both imagination and reality. We live in the past, even facts of the past and make it sound as if they have some significance for today. The only way to bliss is through contentment and balance in all circumstances. The only way to access bliss is through the present moment. Life has a lot to give to you, just do not limit it with your expectations and your unpolished vision. Be more present and your vision will be more clear.
Let life be more mysterious, answers will only make life less adventurous and more monotonous.
Love and blessings,
This is the hypothesis if you ask me. The soul is what I call the inner body, I think this is the inner form of what we are. Although, we cannot see it, many names have been given like consciousness, life energy and the spirit, we can surely say there is something unique about it. I think the fact that we can perceive things, conceptualise things, intellectualise things makes it definitely real that we have something called a conscious. We are all conscious beings. This is the universe in our creativity, in our abilities, in our thoughts and ideas. The fact that we can think on such levels shows that we could all be ‘mini universes’ continuously creating and expanding. No matter what we try to look at spirituality, it all originates with this Universe that is a definite fact of existence. Now, this may mean that our mind is the soul and although we cannot see the mind, we know it exists. There is always a fight between the mind and consciousness but really they could both be the same. The difference could be is how do we train the mind. Do we want to be good humans? Do we want to be driven by creativity? No matter how rational scientists may be, whenever it comes to making a new theory or coming to a profound conclusion, everything they do is irrational to the human mind. However, what they find out may be important to the construction of something great and marvellous. Therefore, these rational or irrational thoughts must originate from what I call the soul or what we call the soul. It is within us but still remains separate but it is what is the interconnection within us all. We all think, we all are conscious, some of us are aware of this and some are not. Hence, meditation is something that makes us aware of the things that become a habit to us. The little acts are beautiful and within the perception of habit these tiny acts become lost without meaning. The fact is, we all may have souls but you cannot just say it. You need to know it exists. For me the soul is definitely alive when I feel a deep and inner connection with everything and everyone that surrounds me. These feelings of consciousness is the definition of the soul.
Our thoughts, actions, state of inner being, the awareness of everything are what the soul defines itself. Is it who we are? It definitely is the only mirror that we have, where we can look at our own selves and be the harshest critics. This definition that we need to be something is something useless. We have a limited time and I feel that I am always in this useless bubble of trying to prove something I am. I simply am and my soul in harmony with my body can create that. So is the soul the mind? Very much! Now many will argue and say they are different. Yes, they are different in perception and definitely in theory in the language of spirituality. However since the soul is always associated with goodness and the mind with evil then this has led us to believe that they are two different things. They are not. They are one. It is one. It is this constant battle that we have within us to prove we are living souls and not minds is what makes everything dream-like and the facade of religion continues. Now the mind is nothing but your soul’s projection or my soul’s projection. Therefore, make your mind your soul and see how it defines you. The thing is we have a problem with having our judgments and expectations of what a good person or an enlightened person should be like and it is this very thing that throws us away from our own enlightenment. The fact is your own enlightenment has nothing to do with anybody in the past but it has something to do with you now. It is the very evolution of your soul. This is enlightenment. Enlightenment is the awareness of the evolution occurring in your soul on a daily basis.
Therefore the body must contain the soul. However, being souls does not mean anything special. All the difference is that an enlightened person is aware hence they transcend the concept of life and death. They know their reality. If you know your reality then really living or dying is nothing but events that have to happen and will happen. Your soul is also part of the fear and it is the very thing that will conquer the fear too. Therefore, I emphasise a lot on the soul being your thoughts, your creativity, your art, your vision, your actions, your emotions and nothing is greater than transcending this all and realising that your soul is part of one Ultimate Portrait. These are things that will last until you want to put them to rest. They can only be put to rest if you feel that they have met their purpose. Hence, I will say that ghosts or bodiless spirits do exist because these are the thoughts that someone may be carrying and still have a form of burden upon this Earth. They still have not expanded into this universe. Like I said, everything here is just a theory, just a thought, it is upto you if you find it anything worthwhile. I am a spiritual ‘scientist’ who is always ready to prove myself wrong but also ready to prove what I say is right. See this soul has nothing to do with what is right or wrong and truly it only cares, if it really does desire then it is the desire to transcend. Death of the soul is the transcendence of being just an earthly spirit to the universal spirit. Hence, many write or say that they have merged with ‘God’ or with the Cosmos because this must be the soul. The mind of consciousness truly wants to be aware of its origins and of its continuous life without the restrictions of the human body form.
This then leads on to what happens to us when we die. I may have answered it a little earlier and this is what may be slightly different to mainstream thought. As I feel that everyone in their minds (souls) wants to leave an imprint or wants to either transcend but got stuck in the nature of this materialistic cycle of life. Thus they remain on this earth waiting for or looking for another body. This may support the theory of reincarnation. Or there is the possibility that the mind (soul) disappears when the body dies and that all conscious thoughts, ideas, emotions, visions and creativity has no way to perform without the use of the body and leaves it without any purpose. As now the body is not of a human form but of the form of the Universe. Why would we need to remain on this earth as souls? Do we have past lives? Even if we do have past lives then what significance does it have on this life? It has no influence at all. So it may be that our consciousness (mind/soul) needs to transcend and therefore needs to enter a new body but that would still be giving too much importance to the human life form. The fact is that if the energy of this Universe is one then surely this consciousness or soul is one. Nobody is different but the awareness could be different. In fact, it is the awareness that needs to be given importance. We may not be individuals in souls but our journey to reach this realisation of One Soul may need an individual person’s thought or creativity. The fact is that the journey will have to be made by ourselves as individual seekers. We have to merge with the reality. We may not like the reality that we are not individual souls but if the life spirit exists everywhere then we are no different. We are all one. Therefore, I do emphasise that everyone is on different awareness levels and that may be the cause why some transcend this whole cycle of life and death. In fact, do we die with this realisation or do we die without realising it? Would it make a difference? In my opinion, it would because we need to realise this because it is where we originate from. Our intelligence that is the soul is there due to the intelligence of this universe. Our intelligence or our soul is full of complexities because the universe is complete with complexities. This is the beauty of it all. Knowing that we are the intelligence in what created this whole universe. You can’t just read it and believe this. You have to know it. How you will know it that is your own individual journey. But you will know it. You will get that transcendence. The transcendence is the realisation.
As I will conclude, your soul, my soul and everyone else’s and everything that has a soul are all one. There is no difference in soul. We are not individual souls. The difference is our awareness. Become aware of the Reality and then you will know that the only importance is to live life knowing that it will never end and be that person who wins with the last laugh.

‘Thoughts’ is to be part of a new e-book compilation).
The question that always enters the mind is whether knowledge is more important than the truth we find within. We all have intuition and what is the difference between our intuition and the blessed ones of the past. Is knowledge more important than our intuition? Is our own created knowledge less valid than others? Who says Krishna is more valid than you? Who says Moses is more credible than you? Who says that Buddha is more valid than you? Who says that Christ is more valid than you? Who says Mohammed is more credible than you? Who says the Sikh Gurus are more valid than you? Who says any living Master or Spiritual Teacher today is more authentic than you? I am certainly against anybody that claims that you cannot be as valid as them, as credible as them and as more authentic than them. By quoting someone else’s knowledge does not mean that you are any more special or that it is even your truth. In fact, you are a bigger idiot if you are quoting stupid knowledge if you have not found your own truth. You need to find your own truth, create your own knowledge and then you can if you wish, use different scriptures as a device to make other people understand. In my opinion, anyone with their own truth has no need to use any scriptures because only people without a truth of their own use other people’s words and that half-heartedly. Whenever I use scriptures, it is only used to make other people of different background understand and even then I am probably using 1-3% of that scripture, the rest of it is probably pure nonsense to me.
If anyone says that you cannot have your own truth is the person that certainly hasn’t found his or her own. Gain your own truth, your own knowledge because you are full of infinite possibilities. You are more credible than any book because you are alive. You are your own Divine Being. All you need to do is trust your self, look within you, go beyond the structures set in the mind and find the Eternal Truth that is bursting to reveal itself.

Stress is the most common problem today. Whether it is exams are round the corner, an important project file needs to be handed in at work. Family relationships are getting more tense, the wife wants another holiday, the kids want to start dating and are obviously going through adolescence. He probably also has a mistress to look after too, after all having sex with someone other than your wife or girlfriend doesn’t come cheap. Today, can be said the same for women. Women have progressed and for all the right reasons, they have grown and grown. They have to face decisions on whether to concentrate on their career or have a baby. They may also be having another love affair. The woman may also have the burden of not knowing who the real father is. The husband may feel he may not be the father. The teenagers and young adults have to go through changes in the body, the realisation of their hormones, and also have to face exams and coursework worries. On top of that, their parents are over-protective or do not even give a damn about them. They could have a boyfriend or a girlfriend, who is immature and inconsiderate. Even if they are in the so-called best relationships, they shout ‘love’ as if they understand it. Inside they know they don’t understand it and this leads to their subconscious remaining confused about love. Those kids know that their subconscious could rip open any time. University graduates have to worry about getting a job, a mortgage and a possible family life despite a recession and an incompetent government. You don’t know what to do except keep it all in. You allow the stress to gather inside – thus leaving your mental stability on the rocks.
Most stress is our emotions. Our emotions are attached to everything that we do. Inside, there is some emotion behind the stress that we feel. At the end, we do not want to feel pain, we do not want to face disappoint. Young, or old, you just want to live life freely, so how to do it as easy as ABC is the main questions.
Here are the steps:
1. Sit down on your own – This is an important step to take. Now, sit anywhere – in your office, your bedroom, your closet or even your bathroom. Sit down on a chair, on the floor, whatever you feel like doing. You can stand up if you want, you can walk of you want. Just be free in the comfort of your own being and close your eyes. Just sit there in silence, allow thoughts, visions and your imagination to roam free. Just relax. Breathe slowly, become aware of each breath. Do this up to 3 minutes.
2. Remember everything that causes stress – Think of all the events, the moments that have caused you stress. Your heart may race a little bit faster than usual but become aware of everything. Think of everything. Let it boil up. Feel all your emotions, all that stress rise up – from the centre of your being to the mind. Spend up to 6 minutes on it.
3. Scream and laugh – Now you must scream out all your stress, everything that you have kept in, imagine all the stresses releasing out of your mind, out of your body. If you can’t scream for obvious reasons, then imitate the screams, allow your body to throw out the stress. Don’t restrict your body to move at this point. Even if you are screaming inside, witness and watch the stress as you throw it out. Do this up to 3 minutes or longer depending on how much stress you have.
Then start laughing or feel the laughter within you. Just laugh, you don’t need a reason. If you do then; think of the good times, think of jokes but you must laugh. Laughter is infectious, so once you start you should keep laughing. Best thing to laugh at is the stress that you have ‘vomited’ out. Look at the silliness of it. But your main happiness should be that you have no more stress within you. Be aware of the laughter, feel it from within. This should last up to 3 minutes.
4. Listen to music – For upto 7 minutes, relax with some music. Keep your body free and don’t be worried about dancing. Even if you listen to the music let it be something classical, that gives you goosebumps. Otherwise it can be modern and it can have lyrics. Just feel good. Whatever makes you want to celebrate. Whatever makes you feel very good about life, let the music enter your mind. It is best if doesn’t have lyrics as it will do justice to the next step. I have a file on rapidshare for some music that I feel will be better or any new age music. The link to the music file is: http://rapidshare.com/files/442407518/stress_music_1.rar
5. Sit in silence – Now, you must sit in silence for 5 minutes with your eyes closed. Try and think of nothing. Don’t remember what you did in the past minutes. If it makes it easier for you then concentrate on your breathing, become one with the breathes that you take. Otherwise, keep your mind blank and in silence. If you want to imagine anything, then imagine only darkness, endless darkness. Allow yourself to become friendly with the darkness. Feel it’s energy wrap around you, this soundless energy. Try and feel that buzz everywhere, around you, touching your body. Let yourself free.
Overall it can be done in 21 minutes. It is literally 1.5% of your whole day, it will not cost you much time at all. You are given freedom but you must follow the steps in the way presented. This has worked for me and it can work with you. You can do this as many times as you want in a day. It can be less or it can be more than the 21 minutes, the main objective is that you must de-stress yourself. If you follow this regularly then you will eventually be detached from stress, you may get stressed but you will know how to remove it. Try it and tell me if it works.
